General Rules

1. The School diary should be brought to the School daily. It should be used for communication between parents and teachers.

2. Every student should keep punctuality and should reach at 9.30 a.m.

3. Every student must be neat and tidy and in full uniform.

4. While in school, it is compulsory for the student to speak in English.

5. If any damage is caused to school property the cost will be recovered from the student concerned.

6. Students are responsible for safe custody of their books and belongings.

Running about and screaming in the class rooms and staircase are strictly forbidden. Scribbling on the walls or furniture is strictly forbidden.

During the interval students are not allowed to be in other class rooms. They should maintain decency and decorum.

When a teacher enters or leaves the class, stuaents are expected to stand up as a sign of respect.

They are answerable to the school authorities for their misbehavior even outside the school.

Irregular attendance. absence without application for leave are sufficient reason for the removal from the School.

Using obscene words, insubordination to the teachers and any kind of malpractice during examination or serious misconduct or any habit or behavior objectionable to the good tone of the school are sufficient reasons for dismissal of a student. Parents/Guardians will have to compensate the willful damage done to the school property by their wards.

Students are not allowed to meet parents or visitors in the school or to leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission.

There shall be a minimum of 230 Instructional days in the school year. 17. The minimum attendants by the student shall be 85% for promotion.

No books or papers or periodicals other than school books and library books shall be brought to school. 22. Bringing audio video castes, CD's, videogames, toys, electronic gadgets, mobile phones etc. are strictly prohibited.

Student should have common hair style and appearance in keeping with the discipline of the school.

Exchange of articles and money transaction between students are not allowed.

Absentees should bring absence record signed by parents. Leave for the absence will be granted only on written application from parents/guardian. In case of prolonged illness, a medical certificate. will have to be produced.

Every student must take part in school games, sports and activities unless rendered medically unfit.

It is strictly forbidden to come to school driving car or motor bike.

Students are not permitted to bring sweets, cakes etc. to celebrate birthdays Of to hold any party in the school.

Students should come in school uniform on, all days of the week and on special class sessions.

TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

1. Parents / guardians are expected to give the management and staff their whole hearted co-operation in all matters.

2. Kindly abide by the decision of the management and staff. 3. Lend your support in matters of decision and see that your children observe the school rules.

3. Supervise your Children's studies at home, send them to school on time and help to maintain continuity in attendance.

4. Kindly sign the progress report promptly and return it within 2 days.

5. Use the space provided in the diary for communication with the principal and teachers.

6. Kindly see that the students take part in all school activities organized by the management.

Parents/guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet the teachers during school hours without the written permission.

Any communication request or complaint made by parent / guardian should be addressed to the principal and not to the class teacher.

Parents are requested to attend class-wise parent-teacher meeting arranged from time to evaluate the performance of the students.

Parents are requested to send their children to school without gold ornaments like earrings, chains etc.

However studs may be used. School staff will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the same.

Parents and guardians are requested to observe' arid abide by the rules of the school Authority.

They should visit the school at least once in a term to discuss the progress of their ward after 4.00 p.m

Parents are requested not to give money to their children unless on written request from the school.

Parents are requested to note that teachers and students, should not be contacted over telephone during class hours.

2. 9.40 a.m.   Second Bell- Assembly/prayer

3. 12.50p.m. to 1.30 p.m.   Lunch Break
